Farmer’s Breakfast in the Eisacktal, South Tyrol

There are always farm fresh seasonal products available at our farm. Every morning, you will find an extensive breakfast buffet with many of our own products in the guest lounge. Depending on the time of year, you will find fresh strawberries, raspberries, currants, blueberries, walnuts; fresh milk and eggs are available throughout the year.

During the summer, you will also find fresh butter and flavorful cheese directly from the Fane mountain pasture, as well as vegetables and herbs right from the farm’s garden. Year round, the Birkenhof farm offers a large variety of fruit jams and jellies, juices, honey, salami and smoked sausages right from the farm, various sorts of muesli, cake, breads, and, of course, hot beverages like coffee, tea and milk. Recharge your batteries with a colorful farmer’s breakfast and get ready to explore the extensive leisure-time offers in the Eisacktal in the vacation region South Tyrol.

In your breakfast basket you will find products that come directly from our Birkenhof farm and that were produced here (jams, juices, fruit, vegetables and herbs) but also other South Tyrolean quality products from surrounding farms or alpine dairies (milk, butter, fresh cheese, yogurt, bacon, Kaminwurze and eggs). Choose daily how we may fill your breakfast basket:

Farmer’s Breakfast

For the farmer’s breakfast we charge € 24.00 for 2 persons (further persons € 12.00 each).

Available for selection: milk, butter, cheese, fresh cheese with herbs, bacon, ham, Kaminwurze (smoked sausage), coffee, tea, hot chocolate, wholemeal bread (homemade), roll, Vinschgerle (rye bun), pretzel roll, eggs, cake and also strawberry-, raspberry-, blueberry-, plum- or apricot jam and honey.

Energizing Breakfast

For the energizing breakfast we charge € 24.00 for 2 persons (further persons € 12.00 each).

Available for selection: milk, butter, cheese, fresh cheese with herbs, muesli with yogurt, fruit salad, seasonal vegetables, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, wholemeal bread (homemade), roll, Vinschgerle (rye bun), pretzel roll, eggs, cake and also strawberry-, raspberry-, blueberry-, plum- or apricot jam and honey.
