On the Birkenhof farm, you can experience our farm life first hand.

It is especially exciting for the kids are to watch or even take part in the daily farm or stable duties. There are three cats living at the Birkenhof: “Fifi,” “Prinzessin” (princess) and “Tigerle” (little tiger). Additionally, there are rabbits, hamsters, ponies, sheep, ducks, as well as our herd of cows, all “Pustertaler Sprinzen”, who enjoy spending their summers in our beautiful Alps.
